British Columbia’s provincial team emerged victorious at the 2025 Canadian Women’s Mid‑Amateur Championship in Lachute, Quebec, capturing the prestigious Margaret Todd Trophy. Represented by Nonie Marler (Vancouver), Aram Choi (Surrey), and Veronica Ivy (Victoria), Team B.C. finished with a combined score of 5‑over, finishing eight shots ahead of Team Ontario.

All three players delivered strong performances throughout the tournament—Marler shot 1‑under 72 in the final round, while Ivy and Choi posted respectable scores of 76 and 79, respectively. Marler emphasized the pride in representing the province: “It’s special to be able to represent the province and to go and come out on top.”

The victory earns the team exemptions into the 2025 U.S. Women’s Mid‑Amateur Championship and the next year’s Canadian women’s mid‑amateur tournament—adding international opportunities to their achievements.
